Insights
See how an event is selling across all its dates, where registrations come from, and how many people showed up.
The Insights tab shows how an event is doing across every date it has: how many people looked, how many registered, what it earned, and how many came through the door. The numbers are counted from the seats, payments and check-ins themselves, so they always match your guest list.
The numbers at the top
| Tile | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Page views | Every visit to the event page, with how many were unique visitors and how many came today. |
| Registrations | Registrations, with the number of seats they claimed. |
| Checked in | Guests checked in at the door, out of all attendees. |
| Revenue | Money that has actually been paid. Payments still in progress aren't counted. |
| Conversion | Registrations divided by unique page views, as a percentage. |
| Last 7 days | Page views over the past week. |
Page views over time
The Page views chart shows views per day. Use the menu at the top right to show the Last 7 days, Last 30 days or Last 90 days. A spike usually lines up with a newsletter, a social post or a partner sharing their link.
Where registrations came from
This section splits registrations three ways:
| Source | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Direct | People who came without a cohost or referral link, like your own link, your page or a search. |
| Cohost links | People who came through a partner organization's link. See Cohosting. |
| Referral links | People who came through a link someone shared from the event page while signed in. |
Each shows a count and its share of the total. For a breakdown by cohost or by person, see the Hosts tab.
Dates and tickets
The Dates table lists every date side by side with its registrations, attendees, check-ins and revenue. Named dates show their name under the date. Use it to see which night of a repeating class fills best.
The Tickets table lists each ticket with the date it belongs to, how many sold, and its revenue.
Only the organization running the event sees the Insights tab. A cohost sees its own numbers on the Hosts tab instead.
