Bookings

Let people book time with you from a link, and keep every appointment in one list.

Bookings are for one-to-one or small-group time that people pick themselves: an intro call, a fitting, a private lesson, an hour of studio time. You set what can be booked and when you're open. People choose a time on your booking page, and the appointment lands in your Bookings list.

Unlike events, bookings have no tickets and no set date. You offer open hours and people take a slot from them. Bookings are free to make. There's no payment step.

How it fits together

  • A booking page is one thing people can book, with its own link, length, hours and questions. Northside Pottery might have "Open studio time", "Private wheel lesson" and "Commission consult".
  • A booking is one appointment someone made on a booking page, or one you made for them.

Quick start

In the sidebar, select Bookings, then Booking pages.

Select New booking page. Give it a Title, pick a Duration, check the Timezone, and select Create booking page. It opens Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

On the Hours tab, set the days and times you're open, then select Save hours.

Select Copy link and share it: in your bio, your email signature, or a message to a customer.

That's a working booking page. See Booking pages for capacity, instructions and questions.

What happens when someone books

  1. They open your link, pick a day and a time shown in their own time zone, and fill in their details.
  2. They see You're booked and get a confirmation email with a calendar file. If they gave a phone number and your organization has texting set up, they get a text too.
  3. Everyone on your team gets a New bookings notification.
  4. The booking appears in Bookings, and the person is saved to your contacts.

Their confirmation has a link to manage the booking, where they can reschedule or cancel it without contacting you. You get a notification when they do.
